Big Bar Lake Provincial Park

About
Big Bar Lake Provincial Park is approximately 330 hectares in size and is situated on the shore of a large lake, surrounded by small lakes and ponds. The park is located on the southern edge of the Fraser Plateau. This extensive plateau stretches north beyond Lac La Hache, and was formed from lava flows some five to ten million years ago. The park features 46 campsites and a large day-use area offering beachside picnic areas and a play area for children.
Is Big Bar Lake Provincial Park fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Big Bar Lake Provincial Park in Area E (Bonaparte Plateau), BC for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Big Bar Lake Provincial Park for cancellations is the paid part.
