About
Green Lake Provincial Park is made up of 11 sites: Arrowhead, Black Bear, Blue Spring, Boyd Bay, Buckside Hill, Emerald Bay, Green Lake Islands, Little Arrowhead, Nolan Creek and Sunset View. Six of these sites have developed facilities. The open rangeland and mixed forests of aspen and lodgepole pine found here are typical of the Cariboo’s landscape. Green Lake is one of the larger bodies of water in the southern portion of the Cariboo. The lake is about 14 km long averaging 1.5 km in width with an irregular shoreline of approximately 57 km. The lake has a low flushing rate and together with the chemical composition of the warm shallow waters, creates the greenish hue giving the lake its name.
Is Green Lake Provincial Park fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Green Lake Provincial Park in 70 Mile House, BC for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Green Lake Provincial Park for cancellations is the paid part.
