Marsh Lake Campground

About
This popular campground and day-use area is close to Whitehorse, Yukon. The campground has multiple loops with many sites near the lake. A short trail and footbridge connects the campground to the Marsh Lake Recreation (Day Use) site which contains walk-in tenting sites, change rooms, a playground and access to the long, sandy beach. Both the Southern Tuchone and Tagish names, Tàkádàdhà* and Sāa Tl’áh Ni*, refer to the sandy beach. Nearby M’Clintock Bay (T’á Hîni Wát* in Tlingit) is an important spring rest stop for thousands of Trumpeter Swans and other waterbirds on their migration.
Is Marsh Lake Campground fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Marsh Lake Campground in Alaska Highway, YT for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Marsh Lake Campground for cancellations is the paid part.
