About
Lake Wenatchee State Park is a 489-acre camping park with 12,623 feet of waterfront on glacier-fed Lake Wenatchee and the Wenatchee River. The lake is a popular destination for boaters and windsurfers. Beginning kayakers and standup paddlers can rent boats and boards at the lake and navigate the calmer waters near the shore. Located 16 miles from the Bavarian theme town of Leavenworth, the park is a natural wildlife area, and visitors should be aware of the presence of bears and other natural dangers. NOTE: Operating and Reservable dates may vary due to snow pack. Contact park at 509-763-3101.
Is Lake Wenatchee State Park fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Lake Wenatchee State Park in Leavenworth, WA for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Lake Wenatchee State Park for cancellations is the paid part.
