About

Spring, Summer, Fall

Awenda offers over 30km of trails with varying degrees of difficulty, including barrier free trails and accessible viewpoints. There are four natural beaches, including a designated pet friendly beach, that wrap around the shoreline of Georgian Bay providing day use swimming opportunities. Note that no lifeguards are present at these swimming areas. For more information on trails please visit www.ontarioparks.ca/park/awenda and select the activities tab.

Winter

Awenda offers 17km of ski trails and over 19km of snowshoe trails for winter recreation. Trails begin at the Trail and Activity Centre which is the only available parking lot during the winter season. At this location is a rustic log cabin, equipped with a woodstove for warming up. For up-to-date trail conditions, please view the Ontario Parks Snow Report.

Is Awenda Provincial Park fully booked?

A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.

CampHawk watches Awenda Provincial Park in Tiny, ON for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.

Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Awenda Provincial Park for cancellations is the paid part.
