Ferris Provincial Park

October 2026
About
Ferris offers both day use and car camping opportunities. The park has two campground loops, Valleyview and Bedrock. Valleyview Loop is set atop a forested drumlin, with some campsites providing a view across the Trent River Valley. The Bedrock Loop has some electrical campsites and is a short walk to the playground and picnic areas. Ferris offers over 10 km of trails through forest and riverside settings. The park features a pedestrian suspension bridge over the Trent River Gorge. Picnic areas are available in the north and south sections of the park along the river.

Is Ferris Provincial Park fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Ferris Provincial Park in Campbellford, ON for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Ferris Provincial Park for cancellations is the paid part.
