Pinery Provincial Park

October 2026
About
Riverside Campground is located beside the provincially significant Old Ausable Channel and has electrical, non-electrical, pull-through sites and roofed accommodations. Riverside Area 1 is open year-round for those that want to enjoy Pinery in all four seasons.
Roofed accommodations are located in Riverside Area 1. Area 3 Riverside Campground is designated as radio-free.
Dunes Campground is within easy walking distance of the Lake Huron beach, outdoor amphitheatre and Visitor Centre. This campground provides a mix of electrical, pop-up trailer and tent sites from May to October. Area 4 of Dunes Campground is designated as pet-free camping.
Burley Campground, open from June to September, is the furthest away from the main gate, but is well worth the extra drive! The sites in Burley are nestled between older cedars and within close walking distance of the beach. These campsites are perfect for those campers that do not need electricity or pull-through sites.
Amenities such as water taps, comfort stations and laundry facilities are located within all areas in each of the three campground areas in Pinery – Riverside, Dunes and Burley.
Please be sure to always use designated trails and boardwalks to access the beach as our dune system is extremely fragile and sensitive to human impacts.

Is Pinery Provincial Park fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Pinery Provincial Park in Grand Bend, ON for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Pinery Provincial Park for cancellations is the paid part.
