Lake Lowndes State Park

Lake Lowndes State Park is located on a beautiful 150-acre lake and provides complete recreational facilities for individuals, families, and groups to enjoy the park. The park offers unlimited opportunities for fishing and camping, as well as three baseball/softball, tennis, two t-balls, and other organized sports. Mississippi University for Women (The "W") and Mississippi State University (MSU) are just a short drive to the west, making Lake Lowndes State Park the perfect place to stay during a football weekend at MSU or while visiting either campus.
