About
The William G. Milliken State Park and Harbor bears the name of the longest-serving governor in Michigan history. It is located on 31 acres of reclaimed brownfield that has been impacted by many decades of industrial use. The park now provides a natural setting for educational opportunities centered on Michigan's natural resources. It also provides a link to the Detroit Riverfront, parks and adjacent neighborhoods to provide urban residents and visitors with a variety of recreational opportunities.
