About
Tyhee Lake Provincial Park is situated in the beautiful Bulkley River Valley. To the west are the Telkwa and Bulkley Ranges of the Hazelton Mountains and to the east is the Babine Range of the Skeena Mountains. Back from the 200 m sandy beachfront on Tyhee Lake is a forest consisting primarily of trembling aspen. These trees are second-growth, replacing the original cover that was destroyed by fire 40 to 50 years ago. Visitors may enjoy hiking, walking, swimming, picnicking, bird watching, and nature viewing. Ice fishing and cross-country skiing are popular activities in the winter.
Is Tyhee Lake Provincial Park fully booked?
A campground showing no availability is almost never full for good. People cancel — plans change, weather turns, someone books three weekends and keeps one — and the site goes straight back into the booking system, usually without warning and often at odd hours. The reason sold-out campgrounds feel impossible is not that sites never free up; it is that nobody is watching at the moment they do.
CampHawk watches Tyhee Lake Provincial Park in Telkwa, BC for you. We recheck it every 15 seconds, around the clock, and the moment a site opens we send a text, an email and a push notification, with a link straight to the booking page.
Searching is free and needs no account — the calendar above is live right now. Watching Tyhee Lake Provincial Park for cancellations is the paid part.
